CRYSTAL MULTIWALL POLYCARBONATE SHEETS B \ 2138 \ 7018D

Polycarbonate is a technopolymer with remarkable characteristics of transparency, thermal insulation and impact resistance. The alveolar structure of the slabs optimizes all these characteristics making the product particularly suitable for civil and industrial buildings. The external side is produced with UV ensuring resistance to aging even after long exposure to the sun and atmospheric agents.

  • CRYSTAL MULTIWALL POLYCARBONATE SHEETS B \ 2138 \ 7018

    Technical features:
    linear expansion: 0.065 mm / m ° C
    operating temperature: -40 ° C +120 ° C
UV reaction to fire EuroClass Bs I d0
Use: roofing, windows, greenhouses, skylights, verandas, gazebos, shelters, false ceilings.
Drilling: panels can be drilled with normal twist drills for metals. The holes must be at least 40 mm from the edge of the panels, the diameter of the holes must be greater than that of the fixings to allow the expansion of the material. Consider thermal expansion during installation (0.065 mm / m ° C).
Cutting: use an alternative jigsaw, with a circular belt with fine-toothed blades or with widia blades.
Handling: store the material away from the sun and rain to avoid heat accumulation in the packaging and consequent condensation in the cells.
